We clean through most of the Calgary season and work around the weather. In deep-freeze conditions pure-water cleaning isn't ideal, so we schedule around it — just reach out and we'll find the right window.

Pure-water cleaning rinses glass with deionized water that contains zero dissolved minerals (0 TDS). Because Calgary's hard tap water dries leaving mineral spots and film, we remove those minerals first, so your windows dry crystal-clear on their own — no soap, no squeegee marks, no streaks.

Calgary's tap water comes from the Bow and Elbow Rivers and is high in dissolved minerals (roughly 126 mg/L in the north up to 262 mg/L in the south). When that water dries on glass, the minerals are left behind as white spots and film. Our 4-stage pure-water system removes the minerals so glass dries spot-free.

Yes. A standard tap-water wash dries with a faint mineral film that grabs dust fast. Pure water leaves nothing behind, so the glass stays clear noticeably longer — up to about 6× longer between cleans in our experience.

Fresh mineral spotting usually comes off with our process. Long-standing hard-water stains can etch into the glass over time; if a stain has permanently etched the surface it may not fully clear, but we'll always tell you honestly what's achievable before we start.

Our standard exterior service covers all exterior glass, frames and sills, with a pure-water spot-free rinse. You can add interior glass, sills and tracks, screen cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. We confirm exactly what's included in your quote.

Yes. We can remove, hand-wash, dry and re-fit your screens, and detail the sills and tracks where dirt collects. Just add it to your booking and we'll include it in the quote.

For exterior-only cleans you don't need to be home — many clients book and leave it to us. For interior work, we just need access. Either way we'll confirm the details with you ahead of time.
